Three a Day


Less is not always more especially as it relates to our daily 


food intake. Eating smaller portion sizes may definitely be 

more beneficial to your health, while decreasing the number 

of meals per day works on the contraire. Skipping meals can 

cause your body to begin storing fat from food in unwanted 

areas of the body as a reserve for future missed meals. It 

is better to intake three well-balanced meals each day at 

breakfast, lunch, and dinner supplementing with small 

snacks in between.


Be fed. Be full. Be fit.
