I find it no coincidence that February shines love upon Valentine’s Day while also being recognized as American Heart Month. As consumers, tons of material items become objects of our affection. However, in February we should reflect on what lies deeper in our hearts. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has enlightened us with four heart healthy tips that we would love to share with you!
Today’s Tip:
Dedicate to Meditate At your day’s end devote about fifteen minutes of your time to unwinding and releasing of tension built up from your busy schedule. Relaxation slows your heart allowing it to lessen its workload in turn decreasing your feelings of stress and anxiousness.
Be rested. Be Calm. Be Relaxed
