There is a terrible misconception that in order to own a
powerful wardrobe you have to spend a lot of money. While I do agree that the
attention grabbing displays and the celebrity style cams tend to zoom in on the
more pricey looks, you can almost always find a less expensive alternative.
The grass could definitely be greener on the other side in terms of cost, but you would be surprised at the high dollar fashion statements you can create using the clothing and accessories you already have. Every other month or at least every season take the time to shop your own closet to see what items are out of sight and mind. Try “re-pairing” two items that you wouldn’t typically put together and witness the birth of a completely different clothing creation.
